About Mark
Since the 1980s, I’ve been passionate about all things marine. My journey began on Sydney Harbour, sailing my first Cherub skiff — a purchase funded by paper route and lawn-mowing money. That early love of the water naturally led me into a lifelong career in boat building.
Over more than 40 years in Australia and Vietnam, I’ve specialised in designing, building, and launching mono and multi-hull composite vessels. Today, I apply that hands-on experience through short-term consulting contracts — working as an Owner’s Representative, providing vessel surveys, and offering practical solutions for builders and owners.
Whether supporting a new build, improving production quality, or advising on materials and systems, I bring a detailed understanding of both craftsmanship and process. My goal is always the same — to help clients achieve efficient, reliable, and high-quality outcomes.
